I recently stayed at this place and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location in a quiet nice area not so far from a busy street was perfect for me. It was in a very convenient place on HK island, close to rail links which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were mostly affable and trying to give a decent service. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi. The dining options were also impressive, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and a free breakfast in the morning.

I did have a minor issue with my reservation at this hotel. They could not find it initially and even asked if I had canceled it.

Friendly staff, helpful and attentive. Rooms are compact but have a comfortable bed. Clean with a pleasant aroma throughout. Convenient location near Fortress Hill metro station. Would recommend to others.
